The fact of placing an order automatically entails the acceptance by the cutstomer of these Terms and Conditions and waiver by him to his own general conditions and specific contractual. The customer declares to adhere to the present Terms and Conditions , after having read them, without restrictions or reservations and this from his order.
Pricing and delivery
The prices are indicated in euros, the price is net of taxes (VAT not applicable article 231-4-4B of the CGI). The Author can modify them without notice. All orders are payable in euro (€). The ordered products are invoiced according to the tariffs in force at the moment when the order was recorded and remain the property of the Author until the payment of the order. The payment of the purchases is carried out the order by check or transfer towards the Author.
Participation in shipping costs in Metropolitan France, packaging and processing are 12 €.
The Author does not engage in a specific delivery time but agrees to keep the Customer informed of the progress of the print and its shipment. In general, delivery times are 2 weeks (delays may vary until 3 or 4 weeks, depending of printer’s activity and country of delivery).

The risks of deterioration related to transport are the responsibility of the carrier. The Customer must, in case of damage to the package, refuse to validate the delivery with the carrier, notify its reservations on the delivery note, and within three days, send a registered letter to the carrier, with a copy to the Author.
The Author can not be held responsible for missed delivery times or non-delivery by loss of the package. No compensation can be claimed for late delivery or for a damaged print, because of the carrier. Delivery will be made to the delivery address that the Customer has indicated when ordering. Any return of order because of the Customer (error of entering the address when ordering) will be the responsibility of the customer Pursuant to Article 1148 of the Civil Code, the Author can not be held responsible for the non-performance of the sales contract due to a stock-out, the unavailability of the product, in case of force majeure (strike, total or partial, including postal services or carrier, disaster, etc.)
Payment method
Payment of purchases is made to order by credit card or Paypal. Accepted credit cards are VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
Right to retract
